The Ballet Buff blog is a platform to share my knowledge of the dance world gained over 30+ years.  I began dancing when I was 3 years old; I have won countless competitions and awards in genres such as ballet, lyrical, modern, tap, jazz and Latin ballroom dance styles: I have danced professionally in both ballet and the ballroom circuit: I have taught numerous students of all ages, gender and levels, and I have had my own dance studio and company.

The Ballet Buff blog provides expertise, tips and advice for students, parents of dancers, studio owners, instructors and adult students (either taking ballet for the first time or coming back to the studio). It is my hope that these blog posts will be as informative as they are entertaining and provide assistance and answers to help further guide dancers in their pursuits within the dance world.
